We have seen that for some reason the Agent activation/Welcome messages have not been going out properly, but there should be a work-around here that (I hope) will work.
Go to the Help Desk portal address: https://helpdesk.democratsabroad.org/support/login
Select the "Forgot your password?" link just under the user login details information.
Enter your e-mail address (the used to sign up for FD), and this should trigger a new Password reset message that you can use to create a new PW and then log into the Agent portal site from now on: https://helpdesk.democratsabroad.org/helpdesk
Once you are in, we will check you account configuration so that you are seeing and getting notice of the new Tickets that come in for the areas that you are working on.
