If you have been issued a Help Desk ticket from the Democrats Abroad Help Desk, you can login to view the status of your tickets and respond to issues in the on-line DA HelpDesk portal.



Go to the Help Desk portal login page: https://helpdesk.democratsabroad.org/support/login


Select the "Forgot your password?" link just under the user login details information.


Enter your e-mail address (the address you used to submit your question), and this should trigger a new Password reset message that you can use to create a new PW and then login.


You can also use the Single-Sign-On (SSO) feature to associate your account with your Google (Gmail), Facebook, or Twitter account by selecting one of the buttons in the second column.


Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your ticket history and update any existing tickets.
